WEAREAM - New Competence Center for Additive Technologies

WEAREAM  is an exciting new Competence Center for #Additive #Technologies in Industry located in Franciacorta and soon to be at the #BlueTechHub of Buffoli Industries. Founded by Buffoli Automazioni and other experienced partners in the field of additive manufacturing and research, WEAREAM is currently being developed with cutting-edge technologies such as the Meltio laser deposition cell and other innovative additive technologies.

In January, WEAREAM opened its laboratories to over 200 visitors at the AQM SRL Campus in Provaglio d'Iseo. The event aimed to showcase the center's impressive machine park, as well as the emerging technologies of Industry 4.0. It provided a platform for industry professionals to network, create synergies, and explore the potential for innovation, design, and collaboration in additive technologies.

As part of the Buffoli Industries group, WEAREAM has a clear mission to establish an integrated supply chain for Additive Manufacturing in the metal industry at both the national and international levels. The Competence Center also collaborates with 3D Evolve, another company within the group, to provide polymer solutions. This integrated supply chain aims to meet the growing demands of various industrial sectors, including Energy, Oil & Gas, Aerospace and Defense, Electric Mobility, Thermotechnics and Combustion, Metal Industry, and Manufacturing Industry. These sectors require customized solutions with exceptional performance and long-term reliability.

During a recent visit to the Campus, Radio Bruno Brescia had the opportunity to learn more about WEAREAM. They were warmly welcomed by President Paolo Folgarait and accompanied by Francesco Buffoli, a board member from Buffoli Industries and one of the founding partners of the Competence Center.
