EMO 2005

From September 14 to 21, 2005 we will be pleased to invite you to the world fair of the Machine Tool EMO 2005.
At Hall 27 Booth E46 Buffoli Transfer will be present in the booth together with the German partner Ketterer
Maschinenbau (leader manufacturer of precision transfer machines for medium-big parts) and with Integrated Technologies (integrated solutions from die-casting to deburring for the production of precision parts in middle and high volumes).
Buffoli will show a flexible CNC bar machine belonging to the TRANS-BAR family, for high quantities and batches of few thousands of parts up to Ø75mm, and will present the new families of TRANS-N-CENTER and OMNI-FLEX flexible machines with 4 or 5 axes for the machining of medium and high quantities of forging or casting, even in small batches.

TRANS-BAR "TRB75"
This flexible-universal-expandible version of the CNC bar transfer machine most prevalent globally,is capable of complete machining of both end and transverse part features in one chucking, with the shortest cycle times.
Tool change over in less than 60 minutes
facilitates small batch production.

OMNI-FLEX "QUATTRO" 2x5-AXIS
This two-pallet machining center is capable of complete
machining on all 6 sides including any angular orientation.
The machine is equipped with 2 chucks, each with 2 full CNC rotary positioning axes,80 tools in 4 magazines of 20 tools each and 4 spindle motors of 25 kw (12,000 rpm), complement its speed and flexibility.
Tool change over in less than 30 minutes.
